Hi,

I am going on a road trip from California to Oregon. It will be a total of 1379 miles round trip. I drive a 2008 Toyota Corolla whose MPG is 28 mpg city/37 highway.

My question is… which would cost less.. driving a 2008 Corolla or renting a Prius… not sure how much it would cost or what year I would get. Would it be more economical to rnet a Prius per day (7 days) and save on gas… or drive my Corolla and save money by not renting a car?

Hi! I live in PA and i'm graduating high school in june, and grew up just knowing i'd go to a four year school. my parents don't have too much money to put toward it, and I refuse to have alot of debt. I was originally going to go to UHM, but then saw that for half the price and half the time, Heald offered the 18 month program for Travel & Tourism Management. I've been talking with one of their reps for a good bit on the phone, and she has been very very helpful. Does anyone have any experiences from this school or this program? Is the job placement good? Also, I hear that their curriculum is slacking. Is that true? Also, is is stupid, at 18, to be looking at this school as an option? It seems like a respectable program, and it's not four years, and it's cheaper.

I am interviewing for a job that requires 50% travel. 4 months of the year I may have to travel up to 60%, and the rest of the time up to 30%. Should I bother interviewing for this job? Is that too much travel? I wanted somewhere around 35% travel.

My husband and I are looking for a natural, quiet honeymoon to be less resort-like and more peaceful. We're looking at Maui, but other spots on the islands might be good too. We'd like to hike, kayak, swim at a beach, see mountains, and I'd also like to camp at least one night at the Black Sand Beach on Maui. What series of places would be best to make a short 5 day trip to and see the most of what we'd like to see? And how best should we plan flights and/or travel between islands if we do more than just one island? What hotels are good and not too touristy resort-like?
