    It is easy. The cost is cheap like 45 dollars. And you can get the visas at consulates in the USA, LA< HOUSTON< WASHINGTON DC< MIAMI< and I think Seattle.

    Or you can mail in your passport and they can add the visa page in.

    But thats only to get into the country. After that you can travel north to south if you want. Maybe not Xinjiang or Tibet, but Beijing to Suzhou (just and example) is not a visa issue.
